Om Im creating a series of online Pujas (Tantric Rituals) that are simple and open to participation as part of my Work as a Tantrika for those in need during this difficult time, which is everyone. Each puja is simple with little Sanskrit (devanagari), only a few mantras that are easy to get from listening to me. Each puja offers you the choice of doing the puja along with me or simply listening to it in meditation and following my visualization cues and small narration. I begin with a puja to Ganesh who opens the way for all Tantrika work and who removes obstacles and brings boons when asked. Please share this to those in need of help with health, stress, finances, anxiety, loneliness and so on. I do a similar Ganesh puja daily and am praying for all of you and for an end to this plague and for Love & Health for all. THE WILL TO LOVE IS THE LAW TO LIVE

MEDITATION ON THE FORM OF GANESH (EYES CLOSED)

Meditate on the form of Ganesh as shown and described…. Elephant head, 4 arms, two upraised holding ax and noose, the lower hands offering sweets/ boons/prosperity, other hand open palmed raised, granting boons or desires

* Chant the mantra and honor/invoke Ganesh and ask for removal of obstacles this pandemic has caused, ask for protection and ask for whatever you need now in this trying time.
Keep eyes closed, I will ring bell when last mantra is being said.

* OM GAM GANIPATIYE NAMAH! 108x (as fire burns up obstacles)

All open eyes, clap once- say SVAHA!

Thus the food is charged and blessed and offered to Ganesh- repeat after me:
